ECO Kindergarten in Navoi
Implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software into ECO's Operations
ECO Kindergarten, located in Navoi, Uzbekistan is attended by 50 children aged two to seven, separated into groups of 10 to 15 children each. Four qualified teachers and eight administrative staff follow a STEAM-based curriculum that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in children.
Since its establishment in 2019, the kindergarten administration relied almost exclusively on paper-based procedures. However, the manual handling of data has become increasingly challenging given the kindergarten’s recent expansion as well as the adverse effects caused by COVID-19. While the pandemic has accelerated the transition to a digital framework in developed countries, small business owners in developing countries are often unaware of digital solutions available in the market.
Numeral supported the kindergarten’s digital initiatives, providing an ERP system to optimize day-to-day operations. Developed by Paraplan, a subsidiary of Haulmont Technology, the ERP system is designed specifically for kindergarten operations and includes capabilities such as payroll, supply chain, workflow management as well as automated notifications in case of emergencies.

As administrative tasks have become more efficient, teachers and staff can now allocate more time to high-value activities. “Another advantage is the ability to log into the system from any device, which has added a layer of flexibility to our operations”, commented Ludmila Tursunova, Director and Founder of ECO.

As ECO has recently established a pre-school educational center, Numeral’s cooperation with ECO is ongoing in laying the foundation for further digital improvements.
